Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vantiqs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns up 14 days from the date you received your item. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

 The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

 It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

 You must have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

 Gift cards

 Personalized or custom-made products

 Clearance or "Final Sale" items

 Perishable goods or personal care items (for hygienic reasons)

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1 Contact our support team at masonsnyder619@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2 If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

 Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

 Change of Mind: For standard returns, [you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs / we charge a flat return fee of $X which will be deducted from your refund]. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product (e.g., a different size), please email us at (masonsnyder619@gmail.com).
